こんなふうにkonna fuu ni
in this way
「こんなふうに」 describes how an action is done, with 「そんなふうに」 and 「あんなふうに」 referring to other known ways.
How it works

A senior colleague points to a memo divided into sections to show how to write it. To explain the method, say “write like this.”

ふうに describes how something is done or how an action looks. It can mean “in this way.”

こんな means “like this,” そんな means “like that,” and あんな refers to a manner both people know.

Put ふうに after こんな/そんな/あんな, then add an action to explain how it is done.

In the first sentence, こんなふうに refers to the way the schedule is written. The focus is on how to write it, not which notebook to use.

In the second sentence, あんなふうに refers to a way of doing something or a performance that both people know. Use the situation to understand what it refers to.
