〜やすいです~yasui desu
easy to do
Attach 〜やすいです to a verb stem to say an action is easy to do.
How it works

Few ingredients, simple steps. To say “This soup is easy to make,” use 「作りやすいです」.

Remove 「ます」 from the verb and add 「やすいです」 to say the action is easy to do.

Good equipment and convenient surroundings can also make an action easier. 「使いやすい」 means “easy to use.”

Removing 「ます」 from 「します」 leaves 「し」, so “easy to do” is 「しやすいです」.

In the example, 「続けやすい」 means it is easy to keep going. It does not say someone has already been doing it every day.
