How it works

In a job interview, set a condition on working hours: if it is four hours, you can work.

Add 「なら」 directly to a noun. You can make the noun a condition without adding 「です」.

Take the topic the other person brings up, use 「なら」 to limit the scope, then give a judgment or suggestion.

「週末なら」 limits the statement to weekends. Under that condition, you can work all day.

「四時間なら」 sets a hypothetical working duration. It does not mean you have already worked for four hours.

「この仕事なら」 refers only to this job. It does not say whether you can do other jobs.
